    A Vessel of Honor is a modern Christian Metal band from South-western Virginia who’s take on contemporary heavy metal features strong scripture backed vocals and heart pumping grooves. The fresh sound of AVOH stems from dropped tuning and pairing their six-string chugs with a seven-string lead guitar. Their tonality includes synthesized elements like orchestras and hard-hitting bass drops all set off with djent rhythms and double bass drum accents. Christian and non-Christian fans will not be disappointed with their post-hardcore sound, melodic attributes and featured breakdown rhythms.
